Waterloo Library services support course related research. Request resources needed to support work on behalf of an employer through our fee-based service, IBIS (Industrial and Business Information Service).
Our library staff members are committed to providing timely response to questions and requests. Every effort is made to respond within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Each time you contact us, please identify yourself as a Waterloo co-op student on work term and, if needed, give your name, student ID number, course number, mailing address, and phone number. That will ensure that we can address your needs efficiently.
Your student ID card (WatCard) serves as your library card. To borrow materials and access the Library's online resources, you must be registered with the Library. To check whether you are registered try accessing your library account. If you are unable to do so, please contact Circulation Services. Give your bar code number in your inquiry.
Check Request Books and Request Articles.
