Submit your requests using "Locations & Requests" link in Primo Central catalogue.

Locate the book in the library catalogue
Click "Locations & Requests" link
Click "Sign in to request"
Login with your bar code and last name

Please include the following information:
- Comments box: provide mailing address & phone number (required by courier)
- Pickup location: select UW Distance & Co-op

The requested books will be sent by courier (whenever possible), at no expense to you.

Tip: You also have an option to email us your request:

Return books

By mail

You are responsible for returning books on time to the library, at your expense.

Please note: If the postal stamp is on or before the due date, we will consider that the book was returned by the due date. If the postal stamp is later than the due date, you will incur overdue fines.

Dropoff

If you live near another Ontario university, you may drop off the books at the Circulation Desk of that library and they will be returned to us by an Inter University Transit Service.
