How to get a UW Thesis
if you are not from the University of Waterloo
You should start by contacting the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) unit of the library you normally use.
- Paper copies are available for a fee through IBIS or UMI Dissertation Express.
- Microfiche copies are available for purchase directly through UMI.
- Electronic copies for some theses are available from our server or UMI's, depending on the arrangements you might have with UMI.
- University of Waterloo Library does not lend theses either directly or through ILL. Only members of the TUG consortium (University of Guelph, University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University) may recall theses from the Annex for use within the library.
