Mandatory Training for All Staff
Anyone working at the university (includes permanent, contracts, co-ops, and volunteers) must take the following online courses (requires WatIAM authentication):
Supervisors
Supervisors must attend the following in-class courses:
- Supervisor’s Safety Orientation: offered periodically. Register for Course SO1003 through myHRInfo.
After logging in select: >"Self Service">"Learning and Development">"Request Training Enrollment". Then select "search by course" and enter Supervisor Health & Safety or Course Number SO1038. To see what sessions are available click "View Available Sessions".
- Performance Conversations: check the Organizational & Human Development (OHD) website periodically for dates. Register through myHRInfo.
